The Register claims that they have found news that the iPhone 3rd Generation (Not 3G) will be released on July 17, 2009. The features include:
- 3.1 Megapixel Camera
- Video Recording (has been found in the beta realeses of the 3.0 OS)
- Can come up to 32GB! (Just like the iPod Touch)
- FM Transmitter (Radio)
- Better Location services (Turn by Turn directions [GPS])
- Digital Compass (Has been said before by Boy Genius)
- Video Editing and Publishing (YouTube, MobileMe, etc.)
The next iPhone is Rumored that it will have a rubbery covering to have a better grip of the iPhone. There have also been rumors that Apple is developing a new iPod Touch. The Prices of the next iPhone are as follows: (Will only be in 16GB and 32GB according to sources)
16GB: $199 (USD)
32GB $299 (USD)
As the prices show above, you can see that Apple is makeing the iPhone chaeper and more advanced! WWDC is right around the corner and will be delivered by Phil Schiller, not Steve Jobs… But there are chances that he might attend!
