There have been many reports that AT&T will be dropping the their price as much as $20 (USD) a month, according to many articles…
AT&T already offers a $30 (USD) plan, but AT&T wants the iPhone to get huge and make it cheaper! The iPhone is the 2nd most Sold smartphone according to last year. (Beaten by the Blackberry Curve)
